These terms apply when you use driini.com or buy from us. Driini Imports, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, runs this store (“Driini”, “we”, “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (US, Canadian or Australian dollars). Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We take the payment methods shown at checkout. If we find a pricing mistake after you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Multi-clock savings and discount codes

When you buy two or more clocks of the same line, the saving shown on the product page applies automatically in your cart. Discount codes can't be combined with each other or with multi-clock savings unless we say so, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. Savings already applied to a placed order still stand.

Product information

We work to show our clocks accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and wood grain varies from piece to piece, so no two wood clocks are exactly alike. Sizes are approximate.

Using the store

Please use the store lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content with automated tools. If you create an account, keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The designs, photos, videos, text and logos on driini.com belong to Driini or the people who licensed them to us. You can share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without our written permission. If you send us reviews, photos or ideas, you let us use them to run and promote Driini.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Responsibility

We stand behind our clocks through our returns policy and warranty. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or any responsibility that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the consumer laws of your country, state or province give you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
