Free shipping to the US, Canada and Australia
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. In the US and Canada you can choose faster shipping at checkout for a small fee.
When it ships
Every order ships from a warehouse in your own country, usually within one business day.
Delivery times
- United States: usually 3 to 5 days
- Canada: usually 4 to 9 days
- Australia: usually 5 to 7 days
Each product page shows the expected delivery dates for your country, updated daily. Holidays and busy periods can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Taxes and duties
Because your order ships from inside your country, there are no customs fees or import duties. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it leaves the warehouse, which is usually within a day.
Missing or damaged parcels
If tracking says your parcel was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours or your building first, then email us. If your clock arrives damaged, email us your order number and a photo of the clock and the box, and we'll make it right.
