Every Driini clock is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the day it's delivered.

The original owner of a new Driini clock.

Register your clock

If you didn't buy your clock on driini.com, register it within 30 days of delivery to activate your warranty. Fill in the form below with your name and email, and in the message type WARRANTY and your order number. Orders placed on driini.com are registered automatically.

What's covered

A movement, hand, light or display that stops working in normal use, and any defect in the case, face or finish that was there when it arrived.

What isn't covered

Batteries and battery leakage; damage from drops, accidents, misuse or hanging; water or heat damage; normal wear such as small scratches; and clocks that have been taken apart or modified.

How to make a claim

Email support@driini.com with your order number, what's wrong, and a photo or short video. We'll help you get it running first. If it can't be fixed, we'll repair or replace it with the same clock, or a similar one if it's no longer made. We cover the shipping on approved claims.

For customers in Australia

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is given by Driini Imports. It is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your country, state or province.
