30-day returns, free return shipping

If your clock isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.

How to start a return

1. Email support@driini.com with your order number and the clock you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with everything you need to send it back, at no cost to you.
3. Pack the clock with all its parts. The original box is best if you still have it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Anything extra you paid for faster shipping isn't refundable.

Rather have a different finish?

Say so in your email, and we can swap it instead of refunding you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your clock arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Problems that show up later are covered by our 2-year warranty.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the consumer laws of your country, state or province.
