This policy explains what personal information Driini collects when you visit driini.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Driini Imports, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, runs this store. Questions about your privacy can go to support@driini.com.
What we collect
When you order
Your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and the items you buy. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the wallets shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us or register a clock
Whatever you send us, such as your name, email, phone number, order number and messages.
When you sign up for emails
Your email address, and when you signed up.
When you browse
Information about your device and visit, such as your browser, approximate location, the pages you view and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

- To process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns and warranty claims
- To answer your questions and keep a record of your warranty registration
- To send order updates, and marketing emails if you've signed up (you can unsubscribe any time)
- To run, protect and improve the store, including preventing fraud
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments
- Fulfilment and delivery partners, who pack and deliver your order
- Email and messaging tools we use to send emails and answer messages
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest, which help us understand how the store is used and show our ads to people who may like them
- Authorities, when the law requires it
We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies help the store work (for example, keeping items in your cart), help us understand how the store is used, and help us measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and where we show a cookie banner you can choose which ones to allow. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Google, Meta and Pinterest account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and warranty registrations for as long as the warranty lasts. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing or targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@driini.com. We'll reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
Where your information is stored
Our service providers may store and process your information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Wherever it's stored, it stays protected by this policy.
Keeping it safe
We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if you think something is wrong, tell us right away.
Children
Our store isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shown on the store.
